No. Most clients start from zero or from years away from the gym. The first four weeks are about teaching your body how to move correctly — squat, hinge, push, pull. We don't load anything heavy until your form is solid.

Sí. I coach in English and Spanish — whichever is more natural for you. Most of my clients are bilingual; sessions flow between both languages.
