The man
behind the work.

I'm Walter Luna — ISSA-certified personal trainer and Sport Nutrition Specialist, based at Elev8tion Fitness in North Miami. For the last eight years I've coached people from every background — first-timers, busy professionals, athletes coming back from injury, mothers rebuilding after birth.

My approach is unfashionable on Instagram: lift with intent, eat enough protein, sleep, repeat. We measure what matters and we keep what works. No fads, no quick fixes, no supplements I don't actually take myself.

The thing most trainers skip — the part I refuse to — is the mind. Strength isn't built in motivation. It's built in repetition, in identity, in the boring Tuesday at 6am when no one is watching. That's where we work.

No. Most clients start from zero or from years away from the gym. The first four weeks are about teaching your body how to move correctly — squat, hinge, push, pull. We don't load anything heavy until your form is solid.

Programs start at $320/month for once-a-week training. Most people land on the $640/month Standard tier. No setup fees, no annual contracts. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Elev8tion Fitness in North Miami. Private studio environment, full equipment, no crowded big-box gym energy. Address and parking details sent after you book.

Sí. I coach in English and Spanish — whichever is more natural for you. Most of my clients are bilingual; sessions flow between both languages.

Tell me everything on our consult. I work with people coming back from disc issues, shoulder surgeries, knee replacements, post-partum. If your situation is beyond my scope I'll refer you to a PT I trust.

Strength changes in 2–3 weeks. Visible body composition shifts at week 6–8 if nutrition is locked in. The 12-week mark is where most clients say it clicked permanently.

It's included in the Standard and Elite tiers. Foundation members can add it for an additional fee. I'm an ISSA-certified Sport Nutrition Specialist — this isn't a side hustle, it's part of the system.
